We will only transfer ownership or edit ownership details of a Domain name once a Change of Name Holder form has been completed by the Domain registrant, or the request has been faxed to us along with proper identification (photo identification for the owner of a personal Domain, or a company letterhead signed by a director of the company for a company Domain).
The Domain name ownership will not be transferred on request of the Technical or Administrative contact, as these are not the owners of the Domain.
After receiving company details we confirm and validate the director's identity against the New Zealand Companies Register before making any changes.
If you believe changes to your Domain have been made without your authorization, you can raise you dispute with the New Zealand Domain Name Commissioner
